Who can open a business account?

All registered companies, partnerships, and sole proprietors can open a business account. To keep our platform safe and compliant with global standards, we are not able to onboard businesses registered in sanctioned countries. For everyone else, opening a business account with P100 is simple, fast, and designed to support your growth.

What documents are required to open a business account?

The documents may vary depending on your business, but don’t worry – we’ll guide you step by step and only ask for what’s needed to confirm your business model.

Can multiple team members access the account?

Yes! Our platform supports team access, so multiple members can log in and manage the account together with the right permissions.

Do I have to pay for account setup or ongoing use?

Opening and maintaining your account is completely free. To keep things simple and fair, we set a minimum invoice policy based on your company’s revenue and tailored to your business needs.

Are there any transaction limits?

No limits at all – deposit, withdraw, swap crypto, or send and receive FIAT freely.

How quickly can I send and receive global payments?

All pay-ins and pay-outs settle in minutes via our stablecoin rails – no more multi-day SWIFT delays. You can also batch mass disbursements instantly for payroll, merchant payouts, or remittances.

Do business accounts get payment cards?

Not right now, but we’re developing business payment cards so that company accounts will be able to use them in the near future.

What types of FIAT transfers do you support?

We make it easy to send and receive money with SEPA transfers – secure and straightforward.

No. End users interact through familiar fiat, debit cards, or your own branded UX. We handle stablecoins and crypto conversions behind the scenes, so your merchants and clients never see blockchain complexity.

Is P100 regulated and secure?

Yes – P100 follows strict European regulations for both crypto and fiat services. We maintain segregated client funds, GDPR-grade data privacy, embedded KYC/AML, DORA resilience, and enterprise-grade security (2FA, IP whitelisting, continuous audits).

What happens if I lose access to my account?

No worries – you can always recover access through the recovery form, and if you need extra help, our support team is here for you anytime.

Your branded solution can typically be live within a few weeks, much quicker than traditional integrations.

Can these crypto debit cards be used internationally?

Yes, these Mastercard-powered cards are accepted globally at millions of locations.

How customizable are the debit cards?

What payment methods I can use to top up my account?

We provide a variety of payment methods and are continuously working on adding more. At the moment you can choose to use your credit card, bank transfer or simply deposit your cryptocurrencies.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was rejected by our system, it means that your transaction did not meet our security requirements. However, you can fix this issue by trying a different payment method or a different card. For most of our payment methods, we rely on our Payment Service Provider. In this case, you can contact the provider directly to resolve the issue, or you can try a different payment method. Tip: If you’re using your credit card, make sure that it is not expired and that all the information is entered correctly.

My money has been withdrawn from my bank account, but payment is still pending

Sometimes it may take a longer time to process your payment. Please wait, if the processing fails, the payment will get rejected and you will be refunded. If nothing happens after you’ve waited for 30 minutes or more, please contact us.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept all MasterCard and Visa cards. We're constantly working on enlarging the choice of the cards on our page.

SEPA transfer didn’t arrive yet

SEPA transfer can take up to 2 business days until your funds arrive in your P100 account. Processing times vary between countries and banks, depending on their procedures. Sometimes it takes minutes, sometimes longer. If your funds haven't arrived after 2 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Our clients are prompted to verify their accounts when necessary. This is to ensure secure transactions, protect our community and mitigate the risk or money laundering, fraud, and such. Simply put, it is a necessary step in order to make our services safe and pleasurable for our clients.

What does the verification process look like?

After filling in your account details, you will be prompted to go through our KYC process You will need your device with a camera and your ID. All you need to do next is follow the instructions on your screen! Tip: If you’re not wearing glasses, heavy makeup, or other face accessories in your ID photo, make sure to not wear them in the process either.

Do I have to be over 18 to use your services?

Yes, you have to be over 18 to use our services.

I don’t receive SMS/Email verification code

Don’t forget to check spam folder – also within messeges app on your smartphone. If the issue persists after few attempts do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I have to be verified to make a transfer?

Yes, to make a transfer, your account has to be verified using our KYC. The KYC (know your customer) verification is a mandatory process used to prevent fraud and verify the credibility of our customers. Although KYC is obligatory for us as a European company, we also think that it helps us protect our customers. It is necessary in order to make our services secure for everyone.

I’ve sent crypto to wrong wallet address. Can I revert it?

All the blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once the transfer is sent, there are no mechanisms allowing to make a revert. If the cryptocurrency has already been sent to the provided wallet address, making a revert is impossible.

What is a POT token in the P100 app?

POT (P100 Token) is a crypto reward token in the P100 ecosystem. You earn POT tokens every time you use the P100 app – whether you make transactions, deposit funds, invite friends, buy, sell, or pay with your P100 account. POT is our way of rewarding loyal users for their activity and contribution to the growth of P100.

How does the POT token system work?

The P100 POT reward system is simple. Different actions inside the app – like deposits, SEPA transfers, card usage, or referrals – give you POT tokens. The number of tokens you earn depends on transaction size, frequency, and your user tier (color level). Every week, your earned POTs are calculated and your color tier is updated, giving you access to higher rewards.

How do color tiers in P100 work?

In the P100 token reward program, users are divided into four color levels: Green, Blue, Red, and Black. Everyone starts as Green and can progress to higher tiers based on the amount of POT tokens earned each week. The higher your tier, the more POT rewards you receive – with Black being the most rewarding.

How can I earn POT tokens in P100?

You can earn POT in P100 by:

  • Depositing Euro or Crypto to your P100 account

  • Using your P100 debit card for payments

  • Making SEPA transfers

  • Inviting new users with your referral link

Every time you transact, POT tokens are automatically credited to your account, making it easy to grow your rewards.

Can I buy or sell POT tokens?

No, POT is not a tradable cryptocurrency. It’s not listed on exchanges and cannot be bought or sold in the P100 app. That means there’s no market risk in holding POT tokens – they are strictly a loyalty and reward system inside the P100 ecosystem.

How can I use POT tokens?

You can redeem POT for USDC rewards by committing them to burn. Each month, P100 allocates part of its revenue to a Reward Pool, which is distributed among active POT holders. As P100 grows, so does the value of the Reward Pool – meaning you can earn passive income in USDC just by being active in the app. Rewards are automatically credited to your account.

How does POT reward distribution work?

At the start of each month, POT burning is blocked for 24 hours. During this window, your reward is calculated based on your share of the total POT burned in that cycle. USDC rewards are distributed to your account within a few days after the calculation.

Do I get POT tokens for referring a friend to P100?

Yes. With the P100 referral program, you earn POT tokens when you invite new users. After your friend completes KYC and makes a transaction of at least €5, you’ll receive POTs. As your referrals keep using the app, you earn even more rewards.

How do I get my P100 referral link?

To share your P100 referral link, open the app and tap “Refer a friend” on the main screen. You’ll find three tabs: “My POT”, “Refer a Friend”, and “Redeem”. In the “Refer a Friend” section, copy your link and share it instantly with friends to start earning POT tokens.

Can I change my current plan to another one?

Yes, you can switch to a 3-month or yearly plan. The new plan will take effect upon the conclusion of the previous one.

Is subscribing to P100 membership mandatory? What are the fees if I don't subscribe to P100 membership?

P100 membership is not mandatory. You will still have full access to P100 functionalities for free. However, without the membership, you will be required to pay the regular commission fees for buying, selling, swapping, and withdrawing cryptocurrencies.

What are the limits for fee-free transactions for members?

Limits apply only to swaps, with a weekly cap of €20,000. If you exceed this limit, fees will apply for swaps. Your limit will reset after one week.

Will I be charged for crypto withdrawal fees as a member?

No, you won't pay a service fee for withdrawing crypto to a Self Custody Wallet or an external wallet. However, please note that you will still need to cover the network fee.

Can you deduct my subscription fee from my P100 crypto balance?

No, the subscription fee will only be deducted from your fiat balance. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your fiat balance before the automated renewal.

Will I receive a refund for the days remaining on my membership if I decide to cancel before the end of the month?

Unfortunately, no. Once you confirm your membership plan, it covers you from the moment you subscribe until the same date the following month. We understand circumstances change, but refunds for unused days are not applicable.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, follow these steps: Access the subscription tab in your settings (located in the left corner). In the top left, you will find a "subscription" button. Click on the "subscription" button to open another page. On this page, you will see a "cancel" button. Click the "cancel" button to initiate the cancellation process. Once you've completed these steps, your membership will be cancelled, and you'll be able to view the remaining days on the screen.1.

Can I combine P100 Membership with P100 Points cashback

With the introduction of the Membership subscription plan, we are removing the P100 Points functionality from the app. Every 300 of your P100 Points will be automatically converted to 1 free Membership day

What is P100 Membership, and what will I receive for being a member?

P100 Membership is a subscription priced at 5€ per month. As a member, you will gain Premium User status, and your Membership subscription plan will cover crypto swap and withdrawal fees. This ensures you can purchase and move crypto at the optimal rate like an expert. Please note that third-party fees, such as network fees, are not included in the P100 membership.
