What payment methods I can use to top up my account?

We provide a variety of payment methods and are continuously working on adding more. At the moment you can choose to use your credit card, bank transfer or simply deposit your cryptocurrencies.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was rejected by our system, it means that your transaction did not meet our security requirements. However, you can fix this issue by trying a different payment method or a different card. For most of our payment methods, we rely on our Payment Service Provider. In this case, you can contact the provider directly to resolve the issue, or you can try a different payment method. Tip: If you’re using your credit card, make sure that it is not expired and that all the information is entered correctly.

My money has been withdrawn from my bank account, but payment is still pending

Sometimes it may take a longer time to process your payment. Please wait, if the processing fails, the payment will get rejected and you will be refunded. If nothing happens after you’ve waited for 30 minutes or more, please contact us.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept all MasterCard and Visa cards. We're constantly working on enlarging the choice of the cards on our page.

SEPA transfer didn’t arrive yet

SEPA transfer can take up to 5 business days until your funds arrive on your P100 account. It can vary between different countries and different banks depending on their procedures. Sometimes it takes minutes and sometimes days. Once we receive your transfer you will see your funds right away.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Our clients are prompted to verify their accounts when necessary. This is to ensure secure transactions, protect our community and mitigate the risk or money laundering, fraud, and such. Simply put, it is a necessary step in order to make our services safe and pleasurable for our clients.

What does the verification process look like?

After filling in your account details, you will be prompted to go through our KYC process You will need your device with a camera and your ID. All you need to do next is follow the instructions on your screen! Tip: If you’re not wearing glasses, heavy makeup, or other face accessories in your ID photo, make sure to not wear them in the process either.

Do I have to be over 18 to use your services?

Yes, you have to be over 18 to use our services.

I don’t receive SMS/Email verification code

Don’t forget to check spam folder – also within messeges app on your smartphone. If the issue persists after few attempts do not hesitate to contact us.

Do I have to be verified to make a transfer?

Yes, to make a transfer, your account has to be verified using our KYC. The KYC (know your customer) verification is a mandatory process used to prevent fraud and verify the credibility of our customers. Although KYC is obligatory for us as a European company, we also think that it helps us protect our customers. It is necessary in order to make our services secure for everyone.

I’ve sent crypto to wrong wallet address. Can I revert it?

All the blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once the transfer is sent, there are no mechanisms allowing to make a revert. If the cryptocurrency has already been sent to the provided wallet address, making a revert is impossible.

How can I get P100 points?

Each time you will do a transaction with your P100 MasterCard, you will collect P100 points.

What are the P100 points useful for?

P100 points are used to reduce your fee on crypto transactions, such as swaps in the P100 app, withdrawal to self custody wallet, & buying crypto by top up.

What are the different levels of P100 points?

Each time you will use your P100 MasterCard, you will collect P100 points that will grow your level. As you progress through the levels, your rebate on crypto fees will decrease, with Level 3 offering the highest crypto rebate: -50%.

Is the discount increasing when I reach another stage?

Yes, the discount is increasing, with higher levels you get bigger discounts. Level 1: -20% on all crypto fees Level 2: -35% on all crypto fees Level 3: -50% on all crypto fees

How can I redeem my P100 points?

Each time you will make an action in P100, you will have the opportunity to use your collected points to reduce the fees. Your amount of P100 points will be deducted according to the price of your action.

How long are my P100 points valid?

There is no deadline to use your collected P100 points.

Where to check my P100 points?

You can check your amount of collected points in your app. In the bottom of your screen you have the section “Points”. After clicking on it, you will be shown with all the details.

Are the P100 points usable to pay outside the App?

No, you can use points only on the P100 App.

Is there a limit of the amount of money that I can exchange, and decrease fees with P100 points?

No, there is no limit to the amount of money you can exchange to decrease fees.

If my purchase is refunded, do I keep my P100 points?

No, the P100 points will be deducted from your balance.

How to get welcome credits?

You can get up to 30€ as welcome credits. It is possible to earn credits, by winning some marketing activities organized by P100. Read this article to get more details about welcome credits.

What are the welcome credits for?

Welcome credits are a bonus that P100 offers to do some actions in the APP. You can exchange the welcome credits directly for money in the “refer a friend” section by clicking on the present icon.

Where I can create a referral link?

In the “refer a friend” section you can get a referral link that you can share with your friends with which you can invite up to 10 users. Each of your friend, that will create an account, pass the KYC and make at least 2 transactions will bring you 250 points = 2.5€

If I invite a friend, will I get welcome credits?

Yes, if you refer a friend, and this friend will register, pass the KYC, and make at least 2 real transactions with P100 Mastercard, you will both earn 250 points = 2.5€ IMPORTANT: Transactions at a financial institution, like revolut, wise etc. will not be accepted. The transactions shouldn’t be refunded or cancelled, otherwise the 2.5€ will not be credited.

How do I check my welcome credits balance?

On the P100 app, click on the Refer friend button, in the opened menu you will be able to check your current points balance.

How can I redeem my welcome credits?

In the section “invite a friend” you can exchange your welcome credits section by clicking on the present icon. You can exchange your welcome credits, each time you have a multiplier of 5€ (5€, 10€, 25€ or 50€).

How long are my Welcome credits valid?

The welcome credits have no limited time.
